Modern bioprocess controlling is more than just automation. Rather, it is the sum of the most various solutions in the areas of architectures/ SW applications/ hardware/ interfaces, which are optimized and compiled for the processes of our customers. Our bioprocess control team is thus capable of providing the most various architectures and designs, as well as carrying out the configuration/ programming and the verification (FAT/ SAT) of the plants/systems at Bioengineering’s own facilities. Bioprocess controlling is, of course, always in close contact to our process engineering. An advantage for you.

ENGINEERING & DESIGN

We provide engineering solutions for upstream and downstream processes in biotechnological plants. Our engineering team develops customized technical solutions for bioreactors, media & buffer preparation vessels, CIP and distribution systems, mobile tanks and formulation vessels.

HIGH TECHNOLOGY FACTORY

15 minutes away from its HQ, Bioengineering has a second fabrication hall for production-scale plants in Jona. With a production area of 1200m2 and utilities for FAT, this facility can accommodate vessels with maximum working volumes of 5m3 microbial fermentors – 10m3 cell culture bioreactors depending on H:D ratios.
